DESIGNATION : Programme Manager (Professional Doctorate Programmes), LKCSB
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
- Managing the administration of the postgraduate programmes.
- Including the PhD in Business (General Management) programme, Doctor of Business Administration programme, partnership programmes with CKGSB and SJTU.
- Provide support in the administration support in these areas:
- For Professional Doctorate Programmes:
- Matriculation Process.
- Coursework phase:
- Curriculum and course outlines.
- Liaise with support team to ensure the following.
- Class enrolment.
- Teaching/Contract letter is issued to instructors.
- Grading by instructors.
- Payment to instructors.
- Course Evaluation.
- Qualifying exam.
- Dissertation phase:
- Dissertation Committee setup.
- Oral Proposal defence.
- Final Dissertation Defence.
- Others:
- University/School Events.
- Programme Tuition fee billing matters.
- Other reporting support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / Degree holder with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an educational setting will be advantageous.
- Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details.
- A good team player, independent and initiative.
- Ability to multi-task with good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Decisive, with ability to work well under pressure.
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
