
Administrative Programme Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented programme administrator to manage and maintain an accurate contact database, support participant screening and business development research, assist in trip planning, and provide administrative support for smooth programme operations.
This role requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently as part of a team. You will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining a comprehensive database of contacts, including programme participants, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Conducting research to enrich contact profiles with relevant background information and expertise.
- Assisting in the screening of potential programme participants based on established criteria, supporting the creation of company profiles and gathering relevant information for the business development team.
- Assisting in planning work trips, including company research and compiling other information to support efficient itinerary planning.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth programme operations, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have a Min. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or any relevant field of study, and proficiency in database management and data entry. They should also have good written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Experience in administrative support or programme coordination is a plus.
