Administrative Coordinator: Key Role in Programme Operations Support

The Programme Operations Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of programmes, ensuring day-to-day efficiency through effective administrative coordination and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine programme operations support, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage data collection and entry with accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare documentation for analysis, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Perform various administrative functions and engage participants effectively.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
  • Execute other tasks as delegated by the Director or Chairman of the Review and Oversight Committee.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years' relevant experience or GCE O/A level or NITEC in Office Skills with 8 to 10 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control is advantageous.
  • Excellent book-keeping, organisational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and word processors (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive personality with initiative and open to learning new areas of work.
  • Compliance with institutional policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection acts.
  • Able to work well individually and in a team environment.
