Programme Coordinator Role
The Programme Coordinator is a key member of the Expressive Arts Therapy team, responsible for delivering therapy sessions, workshops, and campaigns for individuals living with dementia and their carers. This role will also provide administrative support for Service Development, encompassing scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
- This includes coordinating and providing support for EXAT sessions, workshops, and campaigns to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Administrative duties will include providing support for Service Development, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Liaising with internal teams, caregivers, and external partners will be crucial in coordinating programmes and resources to achieve set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Therapy Session Coordination: Coordinate and provide support for EXAT sessions, workshops, and campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for Service Development, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
- Resource Management: Liaise with internal teams, caregivers, and external partners to coordinate programmes and resources.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Assist in data entry, monitoring, and cleaning for programme evaluation and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant discipline or 2 years' experience in programme coordination, administration, or the social service/healthcare sector.
- Meticulous organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems are essential.
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills is required.
