Job Description

The primary role of the Operations Coordinator is to oversee the distribution of trackers, manage vendor relationships, and provide administrative support. This includes liaising with external vendors to ensure timely documentation and reporting, reconciling tracker issuance records, and investigating discrepancies.

The Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for updating monitoring statistics, such as issuance numbers and utilisation rates, on a weekly or monthly basis. Additionally, they will monitor vendors' performance indicators and follow up on areas of non-compliance or underperformance.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, and at least 1 year of relevant experience in programme/operations support, vendor management, or administrative functions.
