About The Role

This is a dynamic role for an accomplished Regional Manager to spearhead multi-country operations and drive business growth through effective sales, marketing, and operational strategies.

The successful candidate will oversee regional teams, lead by example, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the business across the region.
  • Lead regional budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of managerial experience with 3+ years in a regional leadership role.
  • Proven track record in business development, operations management, and team leadership.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken, written, and reading required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural awareness.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with Asian markets and business practices is an asset.
