This position oversees regional sales operations and strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team across Singapore and the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the regional sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities across the region.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and sales policies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market dynamics.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of proven regional sales leadership experience.
- Strong background in the automotive parts and accessories industry (wholesale/distribution experience required).
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-market sales operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
