About the RoleThis is an ideal position for individuals who excel in hybrid work environments and are passionate about establishing new office setups as teams expand. You will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and relationship management in South India.
- Leading business development initiatives, negotiating contracts, and securing high-value deals while fostering strong client relationships.
- Analyzing market trends and translating insights into effective sales strategies.
- Overseeing operational execution, including team management, construction, training, and daily operations.
- Improving team skills, service levels, and overall efficiency.
- Performing regular data analysis to provide decision support for strategic initiatives and business development.
You will manage and oversee operations in the Southern India region, ensuring enhanced customer management information, evaluating quality risks, efficiency, and profitability with the team, and maintaining operational excellence.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering/Business Administration preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of sales/business development experience, with at least 3 years in front-line roles.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets; operational mindset with expertise in strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will also have experience transitioning from an on-site role to sales, familiarity with South India's industrial landscape, and experience working in hybrid or remote teams.
