Sr. Asst. Manager Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sr. Asst. Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of the Academy of Clinician Scientists and Innovators, a joint centre between Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National Healthcare Group (NHG).
Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the operation and function of the Academy
  • Coordinate various training or mentorship programs within the Academy
  • Manage data relevant to the training and development of personnel in the Academy
  • Organize and execute events organized by the Academy, such as meetings, workshops, seminars, or gatherings
  • Liaise with related parties in activities associated with the Academy
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in LKCMedicine and NHG regarding the running of the Academy
  • Assist the School in preparing programme reports, including annual reports, mid-term reports, financial reports, or auditing reports
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor degree in related fields is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and implementation is necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
  • Experience working in the academic or healthcare sectors is advantageous
