Responsibilities and Expectations

- Teaching and Curriculum Development: Design and deliver engaging courses related to Counselling and Counselling Psychology, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, and assess student performance
- Research and Scholarship: Pursue a robust research agenda, engage in scholarly activities, and disseminate findings through publications and presentations
- Service and Leadership: Participate in departmental committees, contribute to program leadership, and engage in service activities that benefit the university and the broader community
- Qualifications: A PhD in Counselling and Counselling Psychology, along with a strong background in teaching and research, eligibility for registration by the Singapore Register of Psychologists and/or Singapore Association of Counselling, and evidence of outstanding teaching and research achievements
