Academic Collaboration Manager

About the Academic Partnership OfficeThe Academic Partnership Office (APO) is a collaborative initiative between LKCMedicine and National Healthcare Group (NHG) under the Academic Health System (AHS). The APO promotes seamless integration across education, research, and innovation through the Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs).
Main Responsibilities of the Assistant Director- Develop comprehensive strategies to enhance partnerships between NHG, LKCMedicine, and AHS stakeholders.
- Supervise operational plans, track key performance indicators, and provide input for strategic decision-making.
- Foster connections with NHG, LKCMedicine, and AHS stakeholders.
- Analyze and disseminate data, outcomes, and funding proposals.
- Identify and resolve challenges, escalating critical issues to AHS management when necessary.
- Design outreach and promotional initiatives to engage clinicians and faculty.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- No less than 15 years of experience in administrative support within biomedical/clinical/academic environments, with at least 7 years in leadership positions.
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
- Able to establish relationships with diverse academic and healthcare stakeholders.
- Results-driven, proactive, and meticulous with independent work capabilities.
This is a 3-year contract full-time position at LKC.
