Academic Manager

Duties:
- Handle academic planning, curriculum coordination, and ensure smooth operations for undergraduate programs.
- Oversee academic administration and program execution.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvements to enhance the academic experience.
- Manage curriculum reviews and course approvals to ensure compliance with policies.
- Work with faculty, school offices, and program partners to maintain high academic standards.
- Ensure programs are aligned with the school's academic policies and best practices.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with the university’s strategic goals.
- Enhance processes in course administration, faculty coordination, and academic submissions.
- Ensure undergraduate programs remain academically rigorous and well-structured.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 5 years of experience in academic administration from an Institute of Higher Learning (ie. polytechnic / university)
- Strong background in faculty coordination, curriculum development, and academic policy implementation
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring smooth academic operations and effective collaboration
- Self-starter (proactive), meticulous with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to recruit students
