Roles & Responsibilities

Duties:

  • Handle academic planning, curriculum coordination, and ensure smooth operations for undergraduate programs.
  • Oversee academic administration and program execution.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and improvements to enhance the academic experience.
  • Manage curriculum reviews and course approvals to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Work with faculty, school offices, and program partners to maintain high academic standards.
  • Ensure programs are aligned with the school's academic policies and best practices.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with the university’s strategic goals.
  • Enhance processes in course administration, faculty coordination, and academic submissions.
  • Ensure undergraduate programs remain academically rigorous and well-structured.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 5 years of experience in academic administration from an Institute of Higher Learning (ie. polytechnic / university)
  • Strong background in faculty coordination, curriculum development, and academic policy implementation
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring smooth academic operations and effective collaboration
  • Self-starter (proactive), meticulous with a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to recruit students
