Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including hardware and software, to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to clients, addressing their technical concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and computer-based systems.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers and contractors to identify and resolve technical issues affecting system performance.
- Work closely with clients to address service concerns and resolve technical problems.
- Perform Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities as tasked.
- Ensure all technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Basic network troubleshooting skills on desktop/laptop (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of switches/servers.
- Image deployment skills (laptop/desktop).
