As Ocean Export Coordinator at DSV Air & Sea Singapore Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for coordinating ocean export activities. This includes document processing, consolidation, and transshipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ocean export activities including document processing, consolidation, and transshipment.
  • Arrange booking with FCL and LCL carriers
  • Assign transshipment into export leg console file in the CW1 system.
  • Plan container consolidation to optimize DSV loading, taking into account operational and financial considerations.
  • Monitor shipment arrival and departure through carrier and online portal systems.
  • Arrange for transportation and loading of containers with CFS operators.
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous cargo procedures according to company policy.
  • Filing of AMS / ACI when necessary.
  • Issuance of BL and shipping certificates when required.
  • Adhere to all destination SOPs.
  • Comply with irregularity handling procedures with origin and destinations.
  • Verify accurate shipment cost accrual in CW1, review vendor/intercompany invoices, and file disputes for incorrect ones.
  • Timely invoicing of shipments in line with company KPIs.
  • Audit and update files accurately within defined KPIs.
  • Provide backup support to team members as needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Suggest improvements to superiors and escalate operational service issues.
  • Ensure security procedures comply with company policy.
  • Follow DSV Group's Code of Conduct policy.
  • Promote and maintain DSV's professionalism and policies at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sea freight industry.
