Ocean Export Officer
Location: International Business Park, Singapore 609930 (Near Jurong East MRT)
**Salary**: $2,500 - $3,500
Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Job Descriptions:
- Booking of shipment with carrier / coloaders.
- Arrange transport, fumigation etc. for customers / agents.
- Prepare Bill of Lading
- Declare export permits incl. certificate of origin (if required)
- Pre-Alert to destination offices / agents.
- Billing for local deliveries and verify vendors’ invoices.
- Issue invoice to customers and agents.
- Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.
- Scanning of documents and filing into Kendox Archive.
- Handle any lanes assigned by Superior.
- Quotation to agents.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the company’s management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Preferred Minimum 1 Yr Experience in freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge with Cargowise One System will be an added advantage.
