Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases, providing a seamless shopping experience.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and respectful tone.
- Support retail operations by assisting with cashiering, stock management, and visual merchandising, contributing to a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service targets, fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience (experience in the beauty industry is highly valued).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and personal presentation that reflects our brand image.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and customer satisfaction, driving your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent visual merchandising skills, with the ability to create engaging and attractive store displays.
- Experience with supply chain management and SAP systems.
- Cashiering expertise, with accuracy and efficiency in handling transactions.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in the beauty industry, with knowledge of products and services.
- Talent for working collaboratively as a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Microsoft Word skills, with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
- Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
- Disposition skills, with a positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, shipping, and logistics processes.
