A visionary role awaits for a skilled professional to craft exceptional client experiences in the fast-paced real estate industry. As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to property owners and buyers, ensuring seamless end-to-end journeys that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized onboarding experiences with clarity and care, laying the foundation for premium collaborations.
• Maintain proactive communication, provide regular updates, and ensure every client feels supported and in control throughout their journey.
• Champion service excellence at every step, helping reinforce the company's reputation for care, trust, and performance.

Orchestrate High-Quality Listings:
• Coordinate listing launches with precision, validating high-quality marketing assets and compelling descriptions.
• Align photoshoot, staging, and advertising initiatives to showcase properties at their best and attract the right buyers.
• Drive visibility through strategic ad campaigns, maximizing buyer interest and engagement.

Support Buyer Search and Property Shortlisting:
• Refine search criteria submitted by buyers, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
• Explore multiple property portals, confirm key details, and compile tailored shortlists of relevant listings.
• Ensure listing relevance and accuracy, double-checking availability and specifications.

Coordinate Viewings and Drive Performance:
• Optimize viewing scheduling, managing availability and logistics across clients, agents, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and maintain momentum, scheduling strategic checkpoint calls and surfacing key performance insights.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless and high-performing client journeys.

Ideal Candidate:
You are a sharp, proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. With experience in client-facing roles, you possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, anticipating client needs and turning challenges into opportunities.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree required;
• At least 6 months in a client-facing role, demonstrating customer service skills and professionalism;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office, with strong overall computer skills;
• Available to work five days a week, including one weekend day per week and some public holidays;
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to adapt communication style to build rapport and ensure clear interactions;
• Organized and multi-tasking, with time management and prioritization skills;
• Fast and detail-oriented, with a meticulous eye for quality and quick turnaround;
• Client-centric approach, genuinely enjoying interacting with clients and dedicated to making successful clients through attentive service;
• Resilient and persistent, with determination to see tasks through to completion;
• Adaptable, staying focused and effective in every circumstance.
