Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients across various trading platforms. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our business teams.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize their workload, and remain calm under pressure. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively to resolve client issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive experience for clients at all times.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to client account management, including running reports and dealing with ad-hoc requests.
  • Process client trades over the telephone, while maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Assist clients with trade executions, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
