Workplace Coordinator Role Description

Job Description:

The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high touch service within a select portfolio of properties.

Key responsibilities include serving as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of client employees and guests.

Additionally, the Workplace Coordinator will execute experience services in a manner consistent with SLAs, standard processes, professional brand image, and compliant with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills are required to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation is also essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines is highly desirable.
