As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and professional atmosphere for our clients from the moment they arrive.
Combining exceptional hospitality with operational efficiency is crucial in delivering a seamless experience that exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Welcoming Clients
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
- Provide clear and professional guidance on services, schedules, and facilities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support service flow and coordination with wellness coaches and technicians.
- Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area that reflects our brand values.
- Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through our booking platform.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and explain health declarations or consent forms as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Assist with events, VIP visits, and occasional administrative tasks.
- Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, customer service, or front desk roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust with clients.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A warm, polished, and professional demeanor is required to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Passion for health, wellness, longevity, or client care is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including some Saturdays, is necessary.
