Job Title:

Beauty Therapist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatment services to our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

  • Perform body and facial treatment services according to established protocols.
  • Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout each treatment session.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Obtain feedback from customers after each treatment and report it to the Clinic Manager.
  • Promote and recommend relevant products to customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of clinic facilities, treatment rooms, and other areas.
  • Prepare treatment products, replenish stocks, and manage supplies.
  • Cover duties for colleagues in case of manpower shortages.
  • Handle telephone inquiries at the reception area when needed.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for customers after each treatment session.
  • Assist the Clinic Manager and Senior Therapist in ensuring excellent customer service and meeting client requirements.
