**Job Title:** Client Experience LiaisonAt our organization, we are seeking a Client Experience Liaison to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service experiences that foster strong relationships between clients, guests, and the organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of Front-of-House (FOH) spaces to ensure they are well-maintained, cleaned, and ready for business operations.
  • Maintain digital notice boards in FOH areas.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Manage end-to-end communications for requests and feedback.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and optimization.
Customer Services:

Cultivate a sense of community and workplace happiness by creating a welcoming environment for all guests and customers.

Event Management:

Organize and manage all aspects of events, including coordination with clients, team members, and vendors, as well as event registration and check-in processes.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage personnel effectively.
Benefits:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in Hospitality and/or Tourism is required. Prior experience in managing high-profile management teams is preferred.
