Job Title: Business Expansion Manager

Overview:

Our organization seeks a talented and ambitious individual to assist our Country Manager in driving aggressive expansion. This role involves management training, cross-functional job rotations, and supporting global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Country Manager in achieving business objectives through strategic planning and execution.

• Embark on management training and job rotations across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop skills and expertise.

• Support global initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of promotions, events, and activities that align with company goals.

• Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular checks and audits at outlets to ensure quality standards are met.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Country Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.

• Strong track record of non-academic activities that demonstrate leadership potential.

• Excellent business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Driven and ambitious in delivering results.

• Ability to work well in teams and as a leader when needed.

Additional Requirements:

• Good learning ability and passion for F&B/Confectionery is an added advantage.
