Job Description

Lead a team of professionals to drive business expansion and strategic collaborations in the ICT industry. Oversee major network communication projects, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation and business negotiations to delivery.

Develop and execute cross-border business expansion strategies, leading market development for network and communication projects. Identify and promote new business opportunities and cooperation projects in IDC (Internet Data Centers), network infrastructure, cloud computing, and IoT.

Review, analyze, and gain an in-depth understanding of business, industry, and regulatory trends to provide strategic guidance, analysis, and insights to management.


Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and maintain high-level relationships with major telecom operators in Singapore, overseas, and corporate headquarters, playing a leading role in company operations.
  • Business Development and Market Strategy: Formulate and execute cross-border business expansion strategies, leading market development for network and communication projects.
  • Project Management and Execution: Oversee major ICT and network communication projects, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation and business negotiations to delivery.
  • Team Management and Cross-Department Collaboration: Lead multinational and cross-departmental teams, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve project and business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in the ICT, network communications, or IDC industry.
  • Proven track record in cross-border business development and large-scale project management.
  • Solid understanding of business models and technology trends in ICT, IDC, network communications, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, reporting, and business negotiation skills.
