Job Title: Business Development Senior Executive

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Southeast Asia and India. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales and business development skills to take on new challenges and make a significant impact.

  • Drive business growth and expansion in Southeast Asia and India through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet company goals.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers' requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare costing, quotation, and technical proposal to meet customer needs.
  • Support and lead assigned projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or Business Management or its equivalent.
  • 5 - 7 years' experience in automotive electronics industry with business development and sales experience.
  • Sales / Business development experience in automotive industry in Southeast Asia or India region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
