Job Title: Business Expansion Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our business expansion initiatives. As a Business Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing market share.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to execute on these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to pursue these opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the oil and gas industry. You should also have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma in engineering or business management
  • Proven track record of business development success
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $5,000 - $7,000 per month, plus additional benefits such as car allowances and petrol claims.
