
Trade Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import and Export Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trade documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication across international borders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in general administration with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all types of international trading documentation, including invoices, sales orders, packing lists, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely deliveries of shipments and containers.
- Maintain accurate documentation on cloud storage and ensure proper version control for all orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in general administration with good knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Excel.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Mandarin language, and Google Translate.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with our China team. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for liaising with our Latin American clients.
