Job Title: Benefits Support Specialist
The role of a Benefits Support Specialist is to provide assistance to US Cluster teams in managing benefits. This involves collaborating closely with HR teams in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring benefits enrollments
- Conducting HW 5500 Annual Reconciliation and reporting
- Handling 401K reconciliation
- Ensuring ACA compliance
- Managing incentive funding to individual HSA accounts
- Maintaining accountability including KPIs
- Overseeing US Health and Retirement Benefit Accounting
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in benefit accounting
- Managing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong skills in Data Accuracy and Analytics
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Networking, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems like SAP and SuccessFactors
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, independent thinking
- The ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships
