**Key Responsibilities**

**Reporting & Analysis**: Compile and analyse data on benefits utilization, costs, and employee feedback. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the HOD to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

**Project Support**: Assist in the implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives. Coordinate timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful project rollouts.

**Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with external benefits providers to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and ensure the delivery of services aligns with company expectations.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline benefits administration processes. Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

**Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims. Prepare regular reports on policy status, renewals, and claims for internal stakeholders.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, such as underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working experience and understanding of group insurance portfolio either from insurance or broker capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
