
Senior Employee Benefits Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining our employee compensation and benefits programmes, including payroll, bonuses, incentives, and leave entitlements.
- Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programmes.
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements to our rewards strategy.
- Liaise with insurance providers and vendors to ensure accurate delivery of benefits to employees.
- Assist in designing and implementing new compensation and benefits initiatives in line with industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related queries and issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management required.
- No prior experience necessary but strong analytical skills are essential.
