Job Title: Employee Benefits Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee benefits solutions to our clients.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing expert advice on employee benefits products.

You will conduct thorough assessments to understand client's specific needs and objectives, analyze existing employee benefits programs, and identify areas for improvement on renewal. You will also design customized employee benefits plans that align with client's goals and budget, present multiple options, and explain the benefits and drawbacks of each.

In addition, you will negotiate with insurance carriers to secure the best rates and terms for the client, leverage industry knowledge and relationships to obtain favorable terms, and provide ongoing support to answer employee/HR questions and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good working knowledge of employee benefits products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills
  • A recognized degree in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualifications
