We are seeking a forward-thinking and resourceful individual to join our Human Resources team as a Rewards Lead. As part of our HR department, you will play a key role in shaping modern rewards frameworks that support both employee well-being and organizational priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can challenge conventional approaches and propose innovative, practical rewards solutions tailored to a diverse workforce. You will work closely with stakeholders across business units to ensure compliance and drive effective implementation of initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and review of employee rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, welfare, and wellness policies. They will also engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders with varying priorities, balancing compliance with business relevance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing employee rewards programs
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive change and implementation
- Engaging stakeholders to communicate rewards information and education efforts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 8 or more years of relevant experience in total rewards, ideally in a complex or matrixed organization
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proven ability to present and communicate effectively, using data to tell a compelling story
- Analytical and solutions-oriented thinking, comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP) and Google Suite
- In-depth understanding of Singapore's employment laws
- Experience with expatriate management and related policies will be an added advantage
