**Corporate Insurance Manager (Employee Benefits)**

We're looking for a passionate and strategic Assistant Manager / Manager to help grow our Corporate Insurance portfolio with a focus on Employee Benefits, working closely with broker partners and corporate clients in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Corporate & Broker Account Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and broker partners, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to corporate insurance and employee benefits (EB).
- **New Business & Renewals**: Develop and manage Corporate and EB insurance proposals and renewal negotiations, ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines and client expectations.
- **Portfolio Performance**: Monitor the health and profitability of assigned Corporate and EB portfolios, identifying opportunities to drive growth, retention, and improved plan design.
- **Quotation & Technical Support**: Prepare accurate, timely quotations and liaise with underwriting teams to deliver competitive offerings tailored to client needs.
- **Policy Servicing**: Handle daily EB servicing needs such as endorsements, member updates, and benefit clarifications, delivering a seamless client experience.
- **Premium & Collections Management**: Support finance teams in monitoring premium collections, particularly for fronting policies or complex payment structures.
- **Product & Market Intelligence**: Stay current on Corporate Insurance like EB product trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to support local product strategy.

**Requirements**:

- **2-5 years’ experience**in corporate insurance, with a strong focus on **Employee Benefits**
- Experience working with brokers or managing corporate insurance accounts
- **Full insurance licence (such as M8,M9,CGI / HI certification)**required
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
