ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd invites suitably qualified applicants for the position of Senior Executive for General Insurance.
1. Assist the VP and/or Managers in the day-to-day servicing of corporate accounts.
2. Assist to conduct pre-renewal exercise, review clients' current program structure and ascertain new requirements, approach and strategy.
3. Check policy documents against placement slips to ensure accuracy and completeness in wordings and coverage issued by underwriters.
4. Assist in renewal exercise, source quotations and do comparison.
5. Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients and colleagues through regular contact and liaison.
6. Meet with clients for follow-up services and renewals.
7.Ensure clients needs are identified and implement successful account retention and defence strategies.
8. Liaise and negotiate with insurers for best terms and rates for clients.
9. Provide technical advice on policy coverage and assist clients to solve issues.
10. Assist to prepare claims report as requested by clients.
11. Keep abreast of all new technical product developments, changing market conditions and inform account team members, insurers and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of coverage, including recommending appropriate proposals to clients where necessary.
12. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and all regulatory requirements including complywith with MAS rules and regulations.
**Requirements**:
1. Degree or equivalent in insurance with the relevant insurance qualifications
2. At least 5 years in the insurance industry handling corporate accounts
3. Independent worker and good team player
4. Able to work under presuure to meet deadlines
