In order to support our team and strengthen the growth of our APAC business, we are looking for a:
**Corporate Analyst, Employee Benefits**

**We will count on you to**:

- Work with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in preparation of timely, accurate and high quality documentation for clients.
- "Ready to present documentation" includes Renewal Report, Claims Analysis Report, Proforma, Communication Decks and SLA Reports etc for clients.
- Understand client’s plan design and renewal objectives to review and prepare clients' documentation.
- Reviewing of benchmarking and claims analysis reports.
- Provide renewal recommendations to clients.
- Cross selling of MMB solutions to clients like Wellness Solutions, Health Screening, TPA solutions to clients by understanding clients' needs and incorporating into the reports.
- Understand client's program, check policy contracts to review Proforma.
- Work closely with CRM to ensure a comprehensive analysis of renewal terms are received from insurers and that the final recommended quoted terms are the best for the clients.
- Have knowledge on insurance regulatory requirements to provide the necessary recommendation and advice.
- Strong working relationship with CRM, Placement Team and internal stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables are met.
- Negiotiate, influence and work with insurers to get the best terms for clients for preparation of documentation and reports.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients and keep abreast of all new technical and product developments to aid in preparation of repors and recommendations
- Assist in ad hoc projects if required.

**What you need to have**:

- Minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
- Strong understanding on employee benefits insurance programs and flexible benefits plan structure.
- Experience in process building, best practices and/or efficiency project.
- Strong oral and written communication & presentation skills
- Good analytical skills - reading, interpreting and communicating data
- Strong self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious, committed to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment across borders & manage internal stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
