Singapore Income Insurance Limited Full time

Sitting within our Corporate Business division, our Employee Benefits (EB) team takes care of Income's corporate customers. The Renewal team specifically, oversees the growth, retention as well as the profitability of the portfolios of clients in the EB space.

As a Senior Executive in our Employee Benefits (Renewal) team, you will gain hands-on working experiences and exposure to underwriting and account management skills. If you have a strong interest to join and gain business insights in the area of Employee Benefits, you may be the one we're looking for

Key responsibilities include:

- Ownership of the Growth, Retention and Profitability of portfolio assigned
- Responsible for preparing & negotiating quotes for all business lines within the service standards set
- Handle EB enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters (e.g. policy documents, premium and movement of employees or premium outstanding)
- Networking, build and maintain business relationship with partners
- Conduct training to intermediaries

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree holder with relevant insurance certificates
- Critical thinkers with analytical and creative skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and coworkers
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Fresh graduates with an interest to join the Insurance Industry are welcome to apply
