As a Senior Executive in Employee Benefits, you will be shaping decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

The day-to-day operations will include renewal and remarketing, which involves reviewing renewal terms, proposing new deals, analyzing claims, meeting with clients, and preparing service level agreements.
It also includes handling client inquiries, getting updates on employee movements, following up on underwriting requirements, and acting as an escalation point for client queries.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for preparation of helpline FAQs, ensuring prompt payment by clients, and taking on ad-hoc assignments.
For this role, we are looking for individuals with a diploma in any relevant discipline, along with minimum regulatory requirements for registration as a broking and FA representative.
Seasoned experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry is essential, along with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on service excellence.
