Meta is seeking a strategic leader to oversee employee benefits programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with business objectives, competitiveness, and compliance with local regulations.
">Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, managing and executing employee benefits programs across APAC. This includes designing and implementing effective communication and education strategies for benefits programs across APAC.
">- Lead the strategic evolution of employee benefit programs, focused on taking care of employees and meeting the needs of a broad workforce.
- Partner with global benefit teams to ensure consistent rollout and adoption of global benefits philosophy across APAC and lead the localization and adoption of such programs to maximize their effectiveness.
- Drive efficiency improvements to optimize the total benefits offering enhancing overall employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years of broad exposure in benefits design. Delivery across benefit programs, including health and mental health programs, risk insurances, leaves programs, retirement plans and family support across APAC, ideally in fast growth performance driven cultures.
">Key Skills:- Solid knowledge of international benefit programs from market positioning to administrative details.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated track record to build relationships & credibility with business leaders.
- Demonstrated project management experience, and an ability to manage team to deliver multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with keen business acumen and analytical skills
