- Design and deliver impactful change communication materials, messages, and presentations.
- Foster strong relationships with NTU stakeholders to drive strategic change management and communications.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with experience in tertiary education.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Change Management.
- At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Academic Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) with faculty, administrative staff, students, and University leadership.
- Familiarity with higher education policies and regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to embrace change and adjust to evolving priorities or circumstances.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Proactive and positive attitude towards work tasks.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Meticulous and attention to details.
