Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive restructuring project plan, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with faculty, administrative staff, students, and university leadership to foster a culture of innovation and improvement.
  • Deliver regular progress updates to senior management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Support the creation and implementation of change management strategies to drive organisational transformation.
  • Design and deliver impactful change communication materials, messages, and presentations.
  • Foster strong relationships with NTU stakeholders to drive strategic change management and communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with experience in tertiary education.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Change Management.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Academic Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) with faculty, administrative staff, students, and University leadership.
  • Familiarity with higher education policies and regulations is a plus.
  • Willingness to embrace change and adjust to evolving priorities or circumstances.
  • Responsible and reliable.
  • Proactive and positive attitude towards work tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
