ACCOUNTABILITIES
Audits: Prepare documentations necessary to support all internal and external audits in accordance to SIM GE policies and procedures.
Contract Management Support: Provide administrative support in the appointment of course developers, preparation of documentation, monitoring and payment for outsourced work.
Course Development Support: Provide administrative support in the development of new courses and SIM programmes.
Course Review Support: Provide administrative support in the course review and Joint Board of Studies of SIM programmes.
Liaison Support: Coordinate and update other divisions and/or departments on course development and Academic Division matters, including appointments and changes in External Examiners, Head of Areas and Head of Programmes.
Repository Management: Manage the repository of course materials of curriculum development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a higher education environment is preferred.- Proven track record of collaborating with the team in achieving results.- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive data.- Ability to plan, organise and manage time under pressure.- Independent and resourceful; collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals.- Meticulous and process oriented.- Proficient in utilising digital tools to enhance work effectiveness. Advanced Microsoft Office skills would be an added advantage.- Proven experience with handling teaching faculty.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Good learning agility; constantly recommend improvements and capable of adapting to evolving job requirements.
