Course Management Administrator

**Job Description
- Provide course administrative support to students and academic staff
- Provide audio-visual recording support and assist in preparation of course materials
- Administer synchronous e-learning support to Academic Staff and students
- Track and monitor attendance, assessments and results based on Edutrust requirements
- Plan and administer enrolment process, including interviewing of applicants
- Prepare and administer Student Contracts, Advisory Notes and related documentation
- Track and monitor Student Attendance
- Compile Assessment and Examination grades
- Monitor Leave of Absence and Withdrawals
- Update and maintain Students' Files
- Assist in Adhoc projects
**Job Requirements**
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good IT Skills
**Minimum Qualifications**
- GCE "O" Levels (with Credit in English Language)
- Minimum 2 years working experience
**Selection Criteria**
- Must be willing to work on some weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Strong interpersonal skills, including student-centred attitude
- Mental Resilience
- Collaborative and strong sense of team spirit
- Good follow-up skills
- Able to adjust to Pandemic Changes
- Good written and spoken English
