Business Development Manager

AEGIS ORGANIZATION is seeking a Business Development Executive - Corporate Solutions to join our team. This role is responsible for building and managing partnerships with corporate clients and developing tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Establish new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends.
- Solutions Development: Communicate with clients to identify their business challenges and expectations, and work with industry partners to provide customized solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and act as the main point of contact for addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct regular monitoring and prepare reports on project statuses, and review ongoing results to devise new strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for pitching tailored solutions to clients.
