We are looking for a talented Customer Engagement Lead to drive business growth at Good Job Creations.

Key Duties:
  1. Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions to identify customers' needs and objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing regular updates on market trends and insights into local and international financial products.
  3. Offer a wide range of banking products to existing and potential clients, including structured notes, leveraged FX trades, corporate and sovereign bonds, etc.
  4. Deliver customized wealth management solutions, such as bancassurance, loans, and investment products.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of consumer banking products (e.g., Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance) is an advantage.
  • Prior banking experience is highly preferred.
