Are you passionate about luxury jewelry and love engaging with high-net-worth individuals? Do you have a natural flair for sales, client relations, and leadership? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious brand where craftsmanship meets storytelling.

We are looking for a dynamic professional from the jewelry or luxury industry to join our team. In this role, you will engage with discerning clients, manage the sales team, and drive business growth through strategic sales planning and client engagement.


What You'll Do

Direct B2C Sales & Client Engagement – Build meaningful relationships with high-net-worth clients, guiding them to find exquisite jewelry pieces that speak to them.

Lead Management & Conversion – Grow and nurture a pipeline of quality prospects, engaging both existing and new leads from SEO/SEM campaigns and contact cards (KPI: Conversion of leads to customers).

Sales Strategy & Reporting – Analyze sales data to enhance sales strategies, optimize client outreach, and exceed revenue targets.

Customer Excellence & SOP Compliance – Ensure that every client interaction reflects the highest standard of service and luxury experience.

Sales Team Leadership – Provide guidance and strategy on customer engagement, communication, and follow-ups to maximize sales potential.


What We're Looking For

Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail industry

Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)

Jewelry and gemstone knowledge is a plus (training will be provided)

Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Excel, Shopify, Zoom, and eager to learn new tools

Strategic thinker & problem solver – Ability to drive sales through innovative approaches

Highly organized, goal-driven, and resourceful

A positive, energetic personality with a customer-first mindset
