Senior Specialist, Employee Engagement

Our client is a leading financial services firm committed to fostering innovation, inclusion, and excellence. They are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Specialist, Employee Engagement to help enhance their people experience and drive organizational culture across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engagement programs and campaigns that align with the company's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
- Manage the execution of engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, employee surveys, internal events, wellness initiatives, and communication plans.
- Analyze engagement survey results and feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal communications and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging that reinforces employee value proposition and company culture.
- Coordinate and support internal communication efforts around engagement activities, milestones, and people-related announcements.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in collaboration with the broader HR and DEI teams.
- Partner with HRBPs, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to ensure engagement strategies are embedded into the full employee lifecycle.
- Serve as a key point of contact for department heads to advise on team-level engagement opportunities and best practices.
- Track key engagement metrics, provide regular reporting, and share insights with leadership to inform strategy.
- Benchmark against industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance employee experience and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR communications, or related HR roles within the financial services or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture, internal communication, and engagement methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with engagement survey platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Culture Amp, Glint, Qualtrics).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for people and culture.
