**We **will count on you to**:
The Mercer team is looking for an individual that can work across the three main tasks of the COE: Sales Enablement, Thought Leadership and Operations Enablement. This person will work across the Growth Markets Region, supporting the sales and delivery of the Employee Engagement solutions powered by Mercer.
**Sales Enablement**:
- Partnering with specific countries to support their Business Development efforts, through knowledge shares, update meetings, identification of target clients / industry etc.
- Responding to proposals, managing proposal response and building content
- Inventory and update of available sales materials (case studies, proposals, etc.)
- Knowledge management, arrange for increased accessibility and refresh processes
**Thought Leadership**:
- Helping to build upon the Mercer brand in the employee listening space, through publications, speaking events, contributing to panels, etc.
- Supporting the COE to identify topics and content in order to drive brand awareness and to be able to provide relevant and topical materials to enable client outreach
**Operations Enablement**:
- Take an active role in large, complex project delivery, acting as a PM and also a coach to the consultant delivery team (sharing best practice materials, establishing timelines, managing scope creep, etc.)
- Develop expertise in Mercer in-house software, and work with the delivery and development teams on development road map and status updates etc.
- Working closely with the delivery teams, to help them develop relevant team members in the consultant-facing skill set, to allow for more direct delivery team to consultant interaction (on day-to-day project management and issue resolution)
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Employee Engagement in a consulting capacity
- Strong domain knowledge, and client management experience
- Analytical, critical thinking, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Global mindset with experience in working with a team environment across borders

- Well versed in employee engagement and organizational culture
- Expert in articulating client research objectives, and defining project scope and creating content that drives success
- Expert at deriving insight from data, and presenting to senior level audiences
- Ability to successfully implement complex global employee surveys
- Well versed in defining project scope and establishing related costs
- Skilled at client and scope management, with a demonstrated ability to manage the triumvirate of scope, cost and timelines
- Exceptional communication skills (including to C-Suite audiences)
- Prior experience working across various cultures and time zones
- Detailed, logical and methodical working style
- Self-driven and credible
- Ability to build partnerships and alliances (virtually)
- Passionate about knowledge sharing and performing to an exceptional standard
- Location is flexible, preferably APAC-based
