**SUMMARY**:
- Our client is a leading company in the F&B industry. They strive to provide the best jobs to people who are committed to providing world-class service. They are currently looking for Employee and Union professional to join their team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support and work with internal business stakeholders to understand business requirements to facilitate effective Employee and Union Engagement policies and processes.
- Assist in investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Collating and analysing Management, Union and employee feedback across all levels and revising employee relations policies to generate higher positive outcomes.
- Identify risks and challenges to the potential employee and union relationship and raise them to stakeholders.
- Ability to stay current with local employment laws, practices, and trends.
- Familiar with Collective Labour Agreements and the ability to interpret them for those that require clarity.
- Assist in managing internal and external relationships to facilitate healthy working relationships. Managing relationships with unions as and when it is necessary.
- Undertake any other HR-related projects within and across the HR community.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in Business or HR or relevant qualifications with 3-4 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of local employment legislation.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good stakeholder management.
- Good organizing and execution skills.
- Meticulous, Mature, and good team player
