As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landscaping business, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the takeover and handover of projects, ensuring a smooth transition and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and negotiate client contracts, including renewal contracts, to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and manage the deployment of mobile teams, station gardeners, and ad-hoc planting projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee the scheduling of tree pruning, tree removal, and debris collection, as well as the distribution of gardening equipment.
  • Manage the deployment and replacement of manpower, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet client demands.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and horticulturists to prepare and submit monthly schedules to clients, and to check and respond to daily reports.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Horticulture, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in landscaping or a related field, with a strong understanding of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff to achieve goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and project management principles, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
