Job Description

As a key member of our executive team, you'll drive the company's financial strategy and ensure its long-term success. You'll oversee the financial well-being of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, all while propelling the company towards its ambitious goal of becoming a world-class Fintech leader. We're seeking a seasoned financial expert with sharp business instincts, mastery in financial reporting, a proactive approach to controllership, a solid track record of fundraising, and the leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy for sustainability and profitability, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Capital & Risk Management: Drive fundraising, manage capital structure, liquidity, and asset-liability strategies to optimize profitability and minimize risk.
  • Financial Operations: Supervise day-to-day financial functions, ensuring efficient systems, scalable processes, and alignment with best practices.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Lead the finance team, nurture talent, and manage relationships with regulators, investors, and auditors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA and/or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressively broad-base financial leadership experience in the technology or financial services industry.
  • Expertise in accounting standards and regulations, financial systems, tools, and technologies.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Successful track record in fundraising.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in financial services and fintech trends.
  • Background in Investment Banking is advantageous.
