Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing account management. You will work closely with partners to understand their business challenges and requirements, and provide solutions that meet their needs. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our channel and partner companies and deliver full solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in solution seller focused on selling on value and ROI vs features and functionality. You will have a deep understanding of IT operations and how they operate and be able to consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements.
You will also have excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to travel (50%). Proficient English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia being a plus.
